Getting around Town
The downtown is very small. There are scores of shops, bars and restaurants in a small area. Once you get there, walking is by far the best. Parking can be difficult but there is a free parkade on Bear st. near Nester's Market.
Taxis
If you are leaving downtown and don't want to walk, taxis are the way to go. Call Taxi Taxi at (403)762-3111. It's always best to call a taxi rather than hunt for one. The average fare is $10+tip. Visit their web site.
